LIJO, Inc. is a family owned and operated business located in Northen Virginia.The principal owners, officers, and directors are Joseph P. Rockhil, Patricia C. Rockhill, Lisa Rockhill-Gaudette, and Eric A. Gaudette.

Founded in 1989 by Lisa Rockhill-Gaudette (daughter) and Joseph ("Joe") Rockhill (father) as a part time business to rent/lease desktop computers to government contrators. Business expanded into vehicle leasing to U.S. Government customers in the early 1990's.

In 1996 LIJO became a full time business by obtaining a Franchised (New) Motor Vehicle Dealers License from the Commonwealth of Virginia. Joe Rockhill left his full time position as the President and CEO of a leasing company that he had run for 15 years to take charge of LIJO full time. In 1996 LIJO added the Diamond Coach product line of shuttle buses with a distribution area of Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia. A few years later the Ameritrans line of upscale custom built buses was added to LIJO's product line.
